Have you ever noticed that most of the information that comes out about social media is from the marketer perspective? I find that more research is focused on how much money marketers are spending, how often marketers are using the different social media platforms, and the list goes on.
Ms or Mr. Business owner it is the wrong focus and it is the least helpful for your business. The research you need to be focus on is not the marketer, but the user. Unfortunately, there is a tremendous disconnect between the social media marketer and consumer.
